2024 Graduation Ceremony Reserved Seat Policy

** Please note that a seat reservation does not include an entry ticket to the ceremony. You will still need one of the graduation tickets provided to your student in order to enter the stadium **
Reserved seats for graduation will be issued in the following sequence:
Until May 6, 2024: Current 2023 Club Seat season ticket holders
May 6-20, 2024: Lottery open for general population (closes at Noon, May 20)
The graduation seat benefits offered to Scorpion Club Seat season ticket holders outline below are offered as an additional incentive to buy season tickets. Revenue from Graduation Reserved Seating is split between Scorpion Athletic Booster Club and ASB.
1. Current 2023 Scorpion Club Seat season ticket holders

Club Seats Lottery for graduation will be open for current Club Seat holders from April 11 - May 6. An email will be sent with a link to enter the lottery

Club Seat Holders will be able to request a number of reserved seats up to the number of seats they held during football season.

If the number of seats requested by Club Seat holders is more than 100, a drawing will be held on May 7.

Reserved Seats will be sold for $50 each, and Electronic invoices will be emailed to buyers on May 7-10 with directions for online payment

Any seats not paid for by May 19 will be forfeited and offered through the lottery

Seat location WILL NOT necessarily be the same seat issued for football games

Tickets will be distributed by bookkeeper – buyer will be notified via email when tickets are ready
2. Lottery for general population (Minimum of 80 seats)

Remaining inventory will be sold to the general population via a lottery

There is no fee to enter lottery

Reserved Seats will be sold for $50 each

Requests can be made to purchase up to (4) four seats

Seats may or may not be together

The Lottery will close at noon on May 20, and the drawing will take place later that day.

Those selected in lottery will be notified in order of selection beginning May 22 until all seats are purchased and tickets issued

Once an invoice is sent, the buyer will have 48 hours to complete their purchase or the invoice will be cancelled and the seats returned to the lottery.
