Registration on athleticclearance.com for the 24-25 school year is now available.
To participate in sports, athletes must:
1. Download, print and complete the ACHS Athlete Participation Packet. The physical exam portion is page 3 of the packet and needs to be completed by a medical provider.
2. Register with AthleticClearance.com
3. Complete a new physical for each school year. A physical is good for one year from the date the physical was performed.
4. Make sure the ACHS Athlete Participation Packet is uploaded in its entirety, including the physical, as one document in AthleticClearance.com. Email mary.perez@oxnardunion.org if you have questions regarding athletic clearance. Do not drop off athletic paperwork at the school office.
Please ensure that all paperwork has parent and student signatures, that online signatures reflect parent and student signatures in the appropriate spots. It is best practice to upload the 5-page ACHS Athletic Participation Packet as one PDF.
